Hi! I'm Dr. Melissa Koehl, PT.Ā
Ā
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pilates instructor with 25 years of clinical experience. I specialize in helping people with hypermobility, hEDS, and HSD build strength, stability, and confidence through evidence-informed movement.
I also live with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), so I understand firsthand that hypermobility is about far more than being "flexible" My own journey has included pain, injuries, dysautonomia, MCAS, GI dysfunction, and years of debilitating fatigue and brain fog.
Thankfully, I've learned that the right approach to movement can make a profound difference. My passion is translating the science into practical, realistic strategies that help you feel stronger, more stable, and more in control of your bendy body. š¦š
